Firstly, the firm, has been appointed to Pagabo’s latest Professional Services Framework, a £1.3 billion initiative focused on a range of public sector disciplines.
As one of the few SMEs included in multiple lots on the framework, Sutcliffe will provide Civil and Structural Engineering, Building Surveying, and Health and Safety Consultancy services, including Principal Design, to public sector clients across the UK.
Sutcliffe joins an esteemed group of national organisations on the framework which supports NHS and health service providers, education institutions, housing associations, highways and infrastructure projects, and central government agencies.

Sutcliffe’s inclusion on this framework is only the latest achievement in its impressive track record of over 4,469 public sector projects completed in the past five years, including high-profile projects for Liverpool’s Women’s Hospital, Macmillan Cancer Centre, the University of Salford, the Ministry of Justice, and the Department for Education.
Additionally, Sutcliffe has been appointed to CHIC’s Newbuild Development Consultancy Framework.
This eight-year framework is part of CHIC’s efforts to establish a Gold Standard in development frameworks, focusing on tackling the UK’s housing shortage through estate regeneration, newbuilds, refurbishments, and retrofits.
As part of CHIC’s new framework, Sutcliffe will sit on two workstreams delivering structural and civil engineering services for a range of large estate regeneration projects, as well as providing principal designer services to assist with the planning and management of the pre-construction phase of all building work.
Sutcliffe, selected through a competitive tender process, will be involved in diverse projects including newbuild, refurbishment and retrofit, placing prominence on quality, innovation and sustainability across the UK.
