Amy Lewis in the M&A and private equity team, and forensics and fraud specialist Andrea Deegan both became directors, effective from 1 October 2019.
Amy is a prominent dealmaker and has advised on a wide range of transactions including the sale of Sirdar to BlueGem Private Equity; the sale of PVH Holdings to Brickability and the acquisition of Jigsaw Foods by Newly Weds Foods. She is experienced in advising listed, private equity backed and owner managed businesses and works with clients at all stages of a transaction cycle from preparing to exit or identifying acquisition targets through to completion of the deal.
Andrea has over 18 years’ experience delivering both proactive and reactive counter fraud assignments across all sectors. As an accredited counter fraud specialist, she supports a range of public sector clients within healthcare, housing, education and local government organisations, as well as corporate clients.
They are among 13 newly promoted directors across the national firm as it strives to be the first-choice adviser to middle market businesses.
