The Leaders Lunch kicked off with an introduction from Downtown Director Chris Mckenna, who set the tone for the afternoon, emphasizing the importance of maintaining an optimistic outlook on the future of hospitality.

However, Sacha’s message was one of hope and resilience, emphasizing that with the right approach and support, businesses can overcome obstacles and leverage current consumer trends to their advantage.
