Highlights include a Labour conference fringe dinner with Energy Minister Miatta Fahnbulleh, a Roundtable dinner and discussion with a business minister in London in November, and an event in the capital with the government’s special adviser on mental health Luciana Berger. In Birmingham, the chief executive of Best for Britain, Naomi Smith, and the Executive Director at the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change, Ryan Wain, will lead a discussion at a special Leaders Lunch in September, whilst later in the Autumn the new Managing Director of Birmingham City Council Joanne Roney, and the recently elected West Midlands mayor, Richard Parker, will be keynote speakers at DIB events.
