Organised by Sarah Gray (Leonard Curtis Business Solutions Group) and Sara Hoxhaj (Alzheimer’s Research UK) last year’s Ladies Day in aid of Alzheimer’s Research UK was an absolute hoot and saw business women from across the North East come together for an empowering and revolutionary event like no other.
The ground-breaking event, and first of its kind for Alzheimer’s Research UK in the region saw: over 140 attendees, over 70 businesses involved and over £10k raised for Alzheimer’s Research UK.

From the most amazing panel guests to Estee Lauder’s live make-up demos, from indulgent raffle prizes to the hip- thrusting Waiter’s Surprise an action-packed afternoon was had by over 140 guests. Ahead of the main event guests perused an array of fine exhibitors before taking to their seats – raising a staggering £10k plus.
Inspirational panellists included Caroline Theobold (Host) from the Power Of Women and Sharon Macarthur (Miss Menopause) and we are delighted that Caroline is back by popular demand and will be joining us on the panel in 2023.
