Research carried out by Poke Marketing highlighted the reasons both tenants and landlords were frustrated with the way they were treated by letting agents, often feeling neglected, taken for granted, ignored and over charged. This led to a fractious relationship between landlords and tenants as the letting agents removed themselves from the dynamic.
Tick have shifted this outdated approach and focused on creating their whole premise to be around client centricity, ensuring both tenants and landlords experience a frictionless, harmonious world as opposed to a combative, blame culture that other agency’s working methods create.
