Na quinta -feira, 9 de novembro, as empresas se uniram em Artezzan, Chester para uma noite de rede com propósito. O evento sem fins lucrativos, apropriadamente chamado B Social Chester, reuniu empresas B de várias indústrias em torno de Cheshire, bem como empresas que desejavam saber mais sobre o processo B Corp. do co-diretor, Jane Entwistle e gerente sênior de contas, Emma Swinnerton. O bilhete de eventos também incluiu uma bolsa de brindes exclusiva, gentilmente doada pela Companheiro B Corp, Rituais, uma bebida de boas-vindas e um desconto de 15% para jantar em Artezzan após o evento. 'B Social' e estenda o convite a todos os nossos colegas B na área, bem como todos os que estavam interessados em ingressar no movimento. Os certificados recebem sua verificação por meio de uma avaliação rigorosa para confirmar que estão cumprindo altos padrões de desempenho verificado, responsabilidade e transparência em todos os fatores, desde benefícios dos funcionários e doações de caridade, até práticas da cadeia de suprimentos e materiais de entrada. A Entyce Creative recebeu sua certificação em agosto deste ano, a primeira agência em Chester a fazê -lo.
Attendees, which included Sykes Holiday Cottages, Excello Law and Moneypenny, were treated to a welcome by Entyce Co-Director, Libby Entwisle before hearing all about Entyce’s journey to becoming a B Corp agency from Co-Director, Jane Entwistle and Senior Account Manager, Emma Swinnerton. The event ticket also included an exclusive goodie bag kindly donated by fellow B Corp, Rituals, a welcome drink and a 15% discount to dine at Artezzan after the event.

“One of the main draws to becoming B Corp for us was the community and the opportunity to network with like-minded businesses. After becoming certified and attending a few events, we were inspired to host our own ‘B Social’ and extend the invitation to all our fellow B Corps in the area, as well as all those who were interested in joining the movement. We are overwhelmed by the response the event has had and we’ll certainly be looking to host more B Social events in the future.”
B Corporations are considered leaders in the global movement for an inclusive, equitable and regenerative economy. Those certified receive their verification through a rigorous assessment to confirm that they are meeting high standards of verified performance, accountability, and transparency on all factors, from employee benefits and charitable giving, to supply chain practices and input materials. Entyce Creative received their certification in August this year, the first agency In Chester to do so.
