Claire House have been a long-standing charity partner of Davies Partnership and one the company have had a great relationship with for a number of years now.
The Stroke Association however has been chosen specifically for James Chaffer, one of Davies Partnerships’ Senior Engineers who had a stroke in 2019. James has fortunately made a full recovery, is fighting fit and will be part of the team completing the 230km ride.
Originally planned for 2020 but cancelled due to the coronavirus pandemic, the riders are very much looking forward to the trip and finally being able to raise some much-needed funds to support the fantastic work that both charities do.
Over 50% of the initial JustGiving target of £3000 has already been raised, and the company are also accepting cash donations which can be made to any member of the team.
