9:30am – Networking Begins

10:30am begins our first panel with the topic – Culinary Art & Women in the Kitchen

In this thought-provoking discussion, we’ll be joined by leading figures in the culinary world— Sally Abé, celebrated Consultant Chef and author, and JoJo Smith, former pâtissier turned CEO at CreativSAS.

Hosted by Izzy Grey, director of WeLoveGoodTimes, the conversation will cover the challenges and triumphs of women in the kitchen, offering insight into breaking barriers in the culinary arts.

Then at 11:30am Steven Hesketh will host the topic – Design that Meets Place & People’s Perception

Sacha Lord

Starting from the world of music with Manchester’s legendary Hacienda, Sacha Lord has since co-founded Parklife, Europe’s largest metropolitan festival, and The Warehouse Project. His work has brought millions into the local economy and created thousands of jobs.

Appointed Greater Manchester’s Night-Time Economy Advisor in 2018, Sacha has spearheaded initiatives to improve safety, accessibility, and diversity in nightlife.

His biography, Tales from the Dancefloor, became a Sunday Times Best Seller, cementing his status as a leader across hospitality, music, and politics.
