Last week, I was very kindly invited to a test drive and dining experience with Hawksmoor Liverpool & Aston Martin. To start off my afternoon, I was invited into the private dining room in Hawksmoor for a brief overview of how the day would run and then shortly after, we headed out with the Aston Martin team to start our journey across the scenic Liverpool Maritime City.
Firstly, I headed out in the Aston Martin Sports Car. As we drove around our beautiful City, the Aston Martin team spoke about their vision and how their aim is to be the world’s most desirable, ultra-luxury British brand. Founded in 1913 by Lionel Martin and Robert Bamford, Aston Martin is acknowledged as an iconic global brand synonymous with style, luxury, performance, and exclusivity.
Halfway through our journey, we then swapped cars and I headed back to Hawksmoor in the Aston Martin DBX model. Both cars were an absolute pleasure to drive, and I’ve even asked our CEO for a pay rise in the hope of owning one in the future (wishful thinking, I know!)
Since first opening over fifteen years ago, Hawksmoor has become one of the best loved restaurants, renowned for its dry-aged steaks, award winning cocktails, conscientious approach to sourcing ingredients and industry-leading employment practises. Quando voltamos ao restaurante, estávamos sentados, e nossa garçonete passou pelo menu e explicou os diferentes cortes de carne e quais seriam suas recomendações. O serviço era absolutamente impecável e a comida era deliciosa. Mal posso esperar para voltar!
